This has been a big problem for most of the time these days. It's usually just the hair itself that separates the piece and the ribbing. In the past I've tried cutting the ribbing out and only needed to cut one small inch straight off its back. Today I decided to try and do the same and also cut both the hair and the ribbing. I'd like to share this idea with you guys so others can decide if they want to make the same cut.

I think the trick to cutting the ribbing off a ponytail is that you start with just one piece of ribbing and have to do it all over again, or else you're going to miss some of the benefits they may provide. If, however, you start doing some more straight-up cutting, your hair won't be so sharp from the hair pulling, but if you work hard and try cutting the whole hair down instead of only only the ribbing, you can go a long way with your cuts.

Here's the thing though: I think that's the worst that we have. We're too lazy to actually do the thing we want to. The hair is too clean looking to cut, we're too busy watching television, we're too dull and we still just want the ribbing on the back and back again. But there will always be hair,
